Selig and Walmart have now received all needed permits (land disturbance, demolition, and building) for Suburban Plaza’s redevelopment. Demolition and construction are slated to begin in early 2013.
The cross-neighborhoods committee continues to meet regularly with the Selig folks. We do not have a plans update scheduled for December. For all official Suburban Plaza information, visit MANA’s site: http://www.medlockpark.org/search/label/Suburban%20Plaza
