The Special Land Use Plan needed for the Starbucks drive-thru was approved with Conditions by the Board of Commissioners (BOC) at their Sept 23 Hearing. It had previously received the approvals of the Planning Commission and District 2 Community Council.
Commissioners Gannon and Rader requested the attached Conditions and a landscape site plan be made part of the SLUP. Greg Catoe, project manager for Selig, has kindly provided the “unofficial” version prepared by the Dept of Planning and Sustainability. These are same conditions that were approved by the BOC. Note that these are unofficial until ratified by the BOC.
Selig is continuing to study and refine the details of the crosswalks to ensure the safety of those shopping at the center.
