30 MPH Speed Limit on Sycamore Drive Up for a Vote on Monday May 5th.

City Commissioners at their Monday, May 5 meeting will consider adopting speed limits for Decatur roads, including a reduced speed limit of 30 miles per hour for Sycamore Drive. City Commission meets at City Hall, located at 509 North McDonough Street.

Currently the speed limit on Sycamore Drive is 35 miles per hour.  If approved, the speed limit will be reduced to 30 miles per hour and designated a residential speed zone.

The 30 mph speed limit begin at East Ponce de Leon Avenue and .12 miles north of Forkner Drive.
